3 Year Old Preschool

St. John's Lutheran 2016-2017 Theme:

"From Start to Finish...God with Us"

"I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end."  (Rev. 22:13)

This class is open to children who are 3 years old as of September 1st. Children must also be completely toilet trained.

Classes meet Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:50-11:30 with optional days  added of Monday and Friday. We do have day care available if your child needs extended care.

Welcome to St. John's Lutheran Pre-school. We would love to tell you a little about what we have to offer.

Our goal is to encourage your child's curiosity, language skills, emotional development, creativity, confidence and critical thinking in a playful environment. Most importantly is the message that he/she is a child of God and his/her first independent step into learning will occur in a loving Christ-centered classroom.

This is a great website to increase early letter and sound recognition.

This is a free website that reinforces many of the nursery rhymes we do in class. All the nursery rhymes have a picture and music to sing along with.

About The Teacher:

I am first a child of God. I am also a wife to my husband Kevin and a mother to my three wonderful boys, Josiah, Micah, and Benaiah.  I graduated from Concordia University in 2006 with a major in Elementary Education with a Lutheran Teachers diploma and a minor in English Language Learners. This year marks my 5th year in teaching. I am very blessed that God has called me to serve at St. Johns as a part-time 3 year old teacher.  I look forward to working with you and your child.

Mission Statement:

My mission is to improve the educational opportunities for all my students in a Christian environment; while designing lessons to meet the needs of the learners; to document learning outcomes for reflective practices of faith and knowledge and to assist in the development of students’ desire for life-long learning and life-long focus on Jesus Christ our Savior.
